Construction
Construction Management
Our pre-construction services provide critical information that can identify potential issues before you start construction. This information can be used to alter the design, budget, and/or schedule before any work begins.
Design Assistance
In Design Assist, you hire us during the design of your project to provide our expertise during the design process. We can assist you and the design team in identifying items with high costs and/or long lead times that could affect the project. We also provide construction estimates at major milestones of the design to see what the budget and schedule are looking like for the project.
Construction Manager at Risk
Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) is a project delivery method where you hire us to oversee a project from design to completion. We negotiate a guaranteed maximum price and are financially responsible for any costs that exceed that amount.
Design/Build
Design-Build is a project delivery method that combines the design and construction phases into a single project. Unlike the other methods, the design team is under us. This method simplifies delivery by using a single contract between you and the design-build team. This method has been known to save money, save time, and encourage collaboration on the project.
Construction Oversight
If you already have a contractor but need to make sure that your project is being constructed as designed, we can help. Our experienced team can provide full-time or part-time oversight of the project to make sure that the construction meets the requirements of the construction drawings and specifications.

Principal, Design
Carlos is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Architecture. He has over 20 years of experience in the design industry working on Government, Municipal, Hospitality, Commercial, and Residential projects.
Max Davis
Principal, Procurement
Max is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Comprehensive Marketing/ Sales and a Minor in Business Management. He has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry working on Government, Municipal, and Commercial projects.
Bo Fabbro
Principal, Finance
Bo is a graduate of Pensacola State College with an Associate in Science in Accounting Technology. He is currently working toward his Professional Accountancy degree from the University of West Florida. Bo has over 4 years of experience in the construction industry working on Municipal and Commercial projects.
Rob Fabbro
Principal, Construction
Rob is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry working on Government, Municipal, Industrial, Commercial, and Condominium projects.
Kemp Wilson
Principal, Construction Management
Kemp is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Structural Engineering. He has over 8 years of experience in the design and construction industry working on Government, Municipal, and Commercial projects.
Gene Rivenbark
Quality Assurance Director
Gene is a veteran of the United States Navy. He has over 42 years of experience in the construction industry working on Government, Municipal, and Commercial projects all over the world.
